Welcome to Samford Doctors Surgery. We are a friendly and modern family practice providing healthcare to all members of the community.  The Surgery opened in May 2013 and currently has eight male and female doctors, Dr Steve Hume, Dr Nicole Cattanach, Dr Michelle Ledbury, Dr Chris Robinson, Dr Penny Byford, Dr Jason Kovan-Boss, Dr Lee Grayson and Dr Andrew Tayler as well as our nurse Lauren.  We offer a friendly, individual service whilst treating our patients with honest courtesy and respect.   We would prefer that you do not pay for your healthcare with us and operate a fully bulk-billed service to all patients.

Most of our doctors are Specialist trained GPs with both a Medical Degree (MBChB) and a further Specialist qualification in General Practice (FRACGP). This amounts to 10 years of medical training.

Between our doctors and nurses, we provide a full range of general practice healthcare services, including women’s health, men’s health, child and infant healthcare, mental healthcare, chronic disease care, screening and tests, health checks, travel medicine, sports injuries, workcover, medical certificates and employment medicals.
